We want you to feel completely cared for. If something isn't right with your order, here's how we make it right.
Return Window
You have 2 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After this window, we are unable to accept returns.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received them
- In the original packaging with all seals and tags intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Heating pads, wraps, and other personal-care devices that have been removed from their sealed packaging
- Items showing signs of use
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
This does not affect your rights where an item arrives damaged or defective (see below).
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for the return
- Our team will confirm your return eligibility
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- We'll arrange pickup or provide drop-off instructions
Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds are processed immediately after inspection
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Bank processing times may vary, so please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, or doesn't charge or heat as it should, please contact us immediately upon delivery. We will:
- Arrange collection of the faulty item at no cost to you
- Send a replacement or issue a full refund
- Cover all return shipping costs
